Day 6: B-School Odyssey! – Digital Marketing all over my mind | My Study Plan!

Hey folks!

The Day 6 of my B-School Odyssey was taken over completely by my urge to start my own Digital Marketing Agency. Literally, Digital Marketing was all over my mind. This lead to me preparing my study plan that you can follow too – Read till the end to find out more!

At this point, I’m not sure if this is good or bad. Learning anything new which will be related to your MBA dream is good. However, not studying for getting into your dream B-School is equally bad.

After trying a lot, making promises and making plans before going to bed – I’ve developed a habit of waking up late almost daily because of which all planning goes in vain! Can someone who is reading this help me? I’d really appreciate if you could please help me with your suggestions in the comment box below.

Well, to my mind, I’ve now decided to definitely put in 4 hours of daily study for my B-School Odyssey and 2 hours for Digital Marketing (though the later is also a part of my B-School Odyssey but I’d like to name it separately as of now).

For the starting one hour in the morning, I’ll take 1 hour session of quant videos and I’ll update you all with a summary of what did I accomplish during that 1 hour. My daily posts will keep updating as I move ahead during the day (Towards the end of my day, you’ll see updates to the same post that I’ll be publishing in the morning).

Along with this, the test series that I’ve purchased for CAT has also got a section that offers short 20 minute tests – I’ve planned to take these tests too every morning as soon as I wake up, starting July.

I’ll publish the summary/ results of the above Quant study session/ short tests every day here sometime in the morning itself (by 8:15 a.m. approximately) – That way I’ll be more accountable to you and you’ll keep getting the stats of my performance.

From now on you’ll also get the daily stats of my productivity that I’ll post just before going to bed.

My short tests in July will take one hour from my 4 hours: 20 minutes test and 40 minutes analysis. I’ll hard stop after 40 minutes.

So folks, here’s my plan that I’m going to follow from now on – I may tweak it later if this doesn’t work (this is for my own understanding; read the last line of this post):
